    • In addition to Listowel, Spinrite has offices in Liberty Village, Ontario and production facilities in North Carolina

  • JWLMP, together with Comvest Partners, acquired Spinrite in June 2018

    • JWLMP was involved in due diligence, facility tours and management meetings throughout the auction process

    • JWLMP leveraged its craft industry knowledge and relationships from prior experience at Wilton Brands

  • In February 2019 Spinrite acquired the North American Crafts division of Coats Group plc

    • The acquisition ​includes Red Heart brand yarns, Susan Bates brand knitting and crochet implements and Coats & Clark thread

  • JWLMP will also be involved in the investment post-close
