    • Waterloo sells 10+ flavors of sparkling water into a variety of mass, grocery and natural retailers across the United States

    • Waterloo sparkling water is differentiated in the marketplace through higher levels of flavor and carbonation versus its competitors as well as the broad health attributes it offers: calorie-free, sodium-free, gluten-free, Paleo, Whole 30 Approved, non-GMO, BPA-free cans, Kosher and Vegan, among others

  • JWLMP, together with a consortium of investors including Flexis Capital, Moore Strategic Ventures and Eurazeo Brands, acquired Waterloo in August 2020

    • JWLMP was involved in due diligence, management meetings and fundraising throughout the process

    • JWLMP leveraged its industry knowledge and expertise from work with retailers and other consumer brands 

  • JWLMP will also be involved in the investment post-close

    • Stephen Sadove will serve as Chairman; Jerry W. Levin will be a member of the Board of Directors

    • JWLMP will work with the Company to enhance the marketing plan as well as participate in line reviews, operating reviews and strategic review meetings
